Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Product Development 💼 Experience: 5–9 years 👥 Team: Will lead 5–10 Sourcing Executives 📊 Reports To: Head of Business 💰 Budget: ₹6–7 LPA  📍 Location: Delhi (Preferred) ✈️ Travel: 60% The Manager will lead the Private Label & Marketplace Sourcing function across Home, Kitchen, Utility, Travel, Tech Accessories, Lifestyle, Seasonal Products and General Merchandise. Category Ownership:  Travel & Mobility | Tech & Productivity Accessories | Home & Kitchen | Home Living & Utility | Seasonal & Festive Products | Sports & Lifestyle Accessories Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop category-wise sourcing strategies and supplier networks ✅ Identify manufacturers, manufacturing clusters and alternate suppliers ✅ Lead factory evaluation, vendor onboarding and supplier development ✅ Drive new product development, sampling, packaging and value engineering ✅ Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and commercial agreements ✅ Drive cost reduction and margin improvement ✅ Establish product specifications and quality standards ✅ Optimize supplier capacity, lead times and supply availability ✅ Lead and mentor the sourcing team ✅ Review RFQs, supplier performance and sourcing plans 🔹 2. Executive – Category Sourcing | Home, Kitchen & Utility 🔹 3.
