This full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad involves conducting classroom and lab-based training sessions, creating structured curricula and training materials, and ensuring participants gain practical, job-ready skills in relevant technologies and tools. The role includes assessing learner needs, tailoring content to different skill levels, and collaborating with internal teams to align training with organizational and client requirements. The Hiring Technical Trainer will also support fresher hiring initiatives, participate in technical assessments, provide feedback on candidate readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and content.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering technical sessions to diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, learning path creation, and training evaluation.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage participants effectively.Relevant experience in corporate or institutional training environments, especially in IT, software development, or related technical domains.Familiarity with current industry technologies such as full stack development, data science, cloud platforms, or digital tools is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple training batches, and readiness to work on-site in Ghaziabad.Comfort with using LMS platforms, digital content tools, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace for training documentation and reporting.
