(HK) Compliance Officer (Business Compliance)

Responsibilities

Handle the regulatory investigations and surveys received from regulators.Prepare the internal training for various business department.Conduct business reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct research and provide advice on legal and compliance-related mattersDevelop, review and update compliance policies and proceduresManage other compliance tasks and ad hoc matters as assigned by the Compliance Department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or related disciplines.Solid understanding of SFC rules and regulatory requirements.3-5 years of compliance experience in financial institutions or professional services firms.Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
