With a strong global presence and involvement in large-scale international projects, VMO contributes to shaping the future of smart technology.Role Description We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and support project delivery by reviewing requirements and solution documents, ensuring alignment with existing systems, and helping project teams clarify and define project scope effectively.In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, and conflicts in proposed solutions. You will also contribute to project scoping, quality review, UAT preparation, and pre-sales/bidding activities from the VMO perspective.Review PRDs and solution documents submitted by vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with project requirements and do not conflict with existing systems.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring further clarification or improvement.Support project teams in defining and refining project scope based on customer expectations, project context, and ways of working.Review project deliverables such as tickets, CSV, UAT scripts, and other requirement-related outputs to ensure quality and consistency.Collaborate with PMs, Developers, QA, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support smooth project delivery.Support VMO in bidding/pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, scope clarification, and preparation of relevant documents.Perform other BA-related tasks and support business/project activities as assigned.RequirementsMust-haveBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Project Coordination, QA, or related IT roles.Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and IT project processes.Ability to understand and analyze business requirements and system logic.Good attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues.Good communication and collaboration skills.Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.Good English communication skills, especially for reading and understanding technical/business documents.Nice-to-haveExperience working in an IT outsourcing / software development environment.Experience with PRD, user stories, tickets, CSV, UAT scripts, or requirement documents.Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integration, or software architecture.Experience working with international customers or vendors.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.BenefitsOPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES:Opportunity to work in a professional, modern and energizing setting.Challenging projects, possibilities, cutting-edge technology, and problems.An open and dynamic working atmosphere that promotes the interchange of ideas, while also empowering you to work and create in your own style.
