[HN/ HCM] Project Manager

Location HN: We are looking for a Project Manager for an eCommerce project in Australia. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience, proven experience working in the IT outsourcing industry, and be highly fluent in English with strong communication skills.Location HCM: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in banking projects. Proficiency in English is highly preferred and would be considered an advantage.1. RESPONSIBILITY● Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives● Effectively communicate project status, risks, and milestones to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in fluent English● Plan, prioritize, and review the user stories, technical design, and deliverables● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs● Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned, and completed on time● Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process● Perform risk management to minimize project risks● Identify, track, manage, prevent, and resolve any project issues that may occur● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques● Work directly with foreign customers from Australia.● Involved in the recruiting of project staff● Training and guiding your team members● Motivate team members ● Manage team size 5 - 20 members at least2. REQUIREMENTS● At least 3 years of experience in managing technically complex delivery projects● Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a teamwork-orientated environment, etc.● Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading● Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude● Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)3.
