[HN] Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs.Coordinate with business departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure business processes are properly reflected in the ERP system.Manage relationships with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.Oversee system configuration, customization, data migration, integration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate to senior management when necessary.Manage change requests and ensure proper change control processes are followed.Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and steering committees.Ensure user training, documentation, and post-go-live support plans are in place.Drive change management activities to support user adoption of the new ERP system/processes.Ensure compliance with company policies, IT governance standards, and relevant regulations.RequirementsBachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software implementation projects.
