With its strong global presence and innovative mindset, VMO contributes to groundbreaking international projects shaping the future of smart technology.Role DescriptionLead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project health.Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.Monitor and track project progress, preparing reports and updates for senior management and clients.Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.QualificationsFrom 2+ years as a Project Manager or similar role, in-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.)Confident negotiation in EnglishKnowledge of IT systems, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other related technologies.Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks.Experience in managing project budgets, finances, and resource allocation.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.Skills in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
