Job DescriptionSETA International Vietnam is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS to join our IoT project.The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience developing both backend and frontend applications, with strong technical capability across the full development lifecycle.This position requires candidates to be equally comfortable working with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend. We are looking for a true Full Stack Developer, rather than a backend-focused engineer with limited frontend exposure.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Design and develop modern web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.Develop features end-to-end across both frontend and backend layers.Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and distributed systems.Design reusable React components and maintain scalable frontend architecture.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.Implement integrations using Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.Work with SQL/Oracle databases, including database design, optimization and troubleshooting.Deploy and operate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD pipelines.Work with cloud environments such as GCP and/or AWS.Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.Collaborate with international teams and clients throughout the software development lifecycle.Take ownership of assigned features and ensure high-quality delivery.Must-have RequirementsStrong Full Stack ExperienceAt least 5 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Proven experience developing production systems using both Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS.Able to independently handle development tasks across both backend and frontend.Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, state management and API integration.Strong understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems.Candidates should be technically strong in both Java Backend and ReactJS Frontend.
