I'm looking for an accurate, hands-on accounts professional who understands how money moves in a holiday homes business.What you'll handle:✅ Monthly owner statements and on-time owner payouts✅ Reconciling payouts from Airbnb, Booking.com and the PMS✅ VAT, tourism dirham and DTCM fee tracking✅ Bookkeeping, vendor invoices and payments✅ Bank reconciliation and month-end support✅ Keeping owner funds and company funds clearly separatedWhat we're looking for:🔹 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 (𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁)🔹 𝟮–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀.
