We are expanding our short-term rental portfolio and are looking for an experienced Holiday Homes Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.Role OverviewThe Holiday Homes Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, high occupancy rates, and excellent guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of holiday homes, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communicationsCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendorsEnsure all properties meet quality, cleanliness, and compliance standardsOptimize listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAsMonitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and performance metricsHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionallyEnsure compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations and licensing requirementsMaintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentationRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations in DubaiStrong knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similarFamiliarity with Dubai holiday homes regulations (DTCM) is preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and tasks efficientlyProficiency in MS Office and the property management systemBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary package (based on experience)Performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities within a growing real estate companySupportive and professional work environment
