The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, excellent system-handling skills, and a focus on travel product innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementPlan and manage the end-to-end delivery of holiday packages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.Coordinate with suppliers, airlines/transport providers, and accommodation partners to secure optimal deals and quality services.Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the travel industry.Manage all bookings after sales close and provide post-sales customer support.Product DevelopmentDesign attractive holiday packages tailored to various customer segments — families, corporate clients, and luxury travelers.Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging travel trends.Introduce innovative offerings to differentiate the company in a competitive market.Update all products on the website and maintain validity, cost, and other key content.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in product and operations within the travel and tourism industry.Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel markets, destinations, and trends (GCC market exposure preferred).Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in travel software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Additional RequirementsFlexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required (aligned with Dubai/GCC business hours).Availability to travel for industry events, supplier meetings, or destination inspections, as needed.
