Home Appliances Project Sales CoordinatorRole ObjectiveKeep project sales moving from quotation to delivery through accurate documents, fast processing and persistent follow-up. Give the sales team clear visibility of approvals, orders, delivery dates and outstanding actions.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, proposals and tenders; check models, quantities, pricing, margins and approvals.Compile material, technical and prequalification submittals; track consultant comments and revisions.Enter and check ERP orders and CRM records; maintain current project files and approvals.Follow clients and contractors on approvals, clarifications, invoices and pending payments.Update Excel trackers, project status and forecasts; flag delays and follow actions through to closure.Candidate Requirements3–5 years in sales coordination or project support; appliances or building materials preferred.Hands-on experience preparing quotations, tender documents and project submittals.Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables; working PowerPoint skills.Clear English communication and ability to follow up with customers and internal teams.Able to prioritize several projects and deadlines.Key Success MeasuresQuotations and submittals issued within agreed turnaround times.Accurate orders and documentation with minimal rework.Approvals, revisions and pending actions followed up on time.Delivery milestones tracked and delays escalated early.Current ERP, CRM and Excel reports for sales and collection follow-up.About MideaMidea Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of consumer appliances and major appliances.
