Remain Medical Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Home Care Manager to lead and oversee its home healthcare operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall operations of the Home Care Department.Ensure effective planning, coordination, and delivery of home healthcare services.Supervise multidisciplinary home care teams, including physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other clinical staff.Monitor patient referrals, admissions, care plans, scheduling, follow-ups, and discharge processes.Ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient allocation of clinical resources based on patient needs and service demand.Monitor operational performance, service productivity, patient volumes, utilization, and departmental KPIs.Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, patient safety requirements, and organizational policies.Work closely with medical, nursing, quality, HR, finance, insurance, call center, and other support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Review and improve workflows, policies, procedures, and service standards within the Home Care Department.Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, incidents, and service-related concerns and ensure timely corrective actions.Ensure accurate clinical documentation, medical records, and operational reporting.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, risk management, and patient safety programs.Manage operational challenges related to patient scheduling, transportation, equipment, medical supplies, and home visits.Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand home care services and improve service utilization.Monitor departmental expenses and support effective cost control without compromising quality of care.Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.Ensure continuous training, development, and performance evaluation of Home Care team members.Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient experience.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration is an advantage.Relevant experience in **Home Healthcare, Healthcare Operations, Hospital Operations, or Clinical Management**.Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient care processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and operational performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Valid professional classification/registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) where applicable.
