THHC is proud to be accredited by Jawda & Tasneef, reflecting its commitment to quality and safety in patient care.Role Description This full-time, on-site Home Care Physical Therapist role is based in Al Ain and involves providing individualized physical therapy services in patients’ homes. Responsibilities include assessing functional status, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and delivering therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence. The therapist will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe movement techniques, and use of assistive devices. The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members, monitoring progress, updating care plans, and documenting all services in accordance with professional and organizational standards. The therapist is expected to promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity while supporting overall health and wellness at home.Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including safe in-home assessments and interventions.Relevant knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions encountered in home health.Valid degree in Physical Therapy and current professional licensure/registration as required in the UAE.Previous experience in home health care or community-based rehabilitation is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to quality and safety standards.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within Al Ain.
