This role involves providing direct personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. The Home Health Care Assistant helps clients with activities of daily living, monitors their general condition, and reports changes to supervising nurses or care coordinators. Daily tasks include following individualized care plans, supporting meal preparation and feeding as needed, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and offering emotional support and companionship. The role also requires clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.Qualifications Ability to provide safe and reliable home care, including following individualized care plans and maintaining a supportive home environment.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.Experience in patient care, including monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.Skills in personal care delivery, ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect for client preferences.Prior experience in home health care, elderly care, or similar caregiving roles is preferred.Relevant caregiving or nursing assistant certification or diploma is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to handle physically demanding tasks.Basic English language proficiency; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an asset.
