Company Description PinkTree Health is a digital health startup focused on transforming respiratory healthcare through technology, early screening, and continuous lung health monitoring. Its platform brings patients, doctors, and other healthcare stakeholders together to enable more personalized, data-driven lung care. PinkTree Health also uses AI-powered vocal biomarker technology for quick, non-invasive respiratory risk screening using a short voice sample, alongside tools for symptom and medication tracking, remote monitoring, and virtual consultations. The company is working to make lung health screening and ongoing respiratory care more accessible both in communities and at home. Role Description The Home Healthcare Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and coordinating home-based respiratory care services for patients. This role includes managing patient onboarding, scheduling visits, and ensuring high-quality service delivery by liaising with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and partner organizations. The executive will monitor patient care plans, track outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation and reports aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve building strong relationships with families, supporting awareness initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve home healthcare processes and patient experience.PinkTree Health is looking for a field executive to conduct home visits across Mumbai for lung health screening using a portable spirometer. This role involves interacting with patients, performing the test after training, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in home healthcare, community health, or patient services, preferably in respiratory or pulmonary care.Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases, schedules, and healthcare providers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and clinical teams.Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and use basic digital tools for scheduling and documentation.Knowledge of healthcare protocols, patient safety practices, and basic understanding of respiratory health is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, public health, social work, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with a willingness to travel locally for home visits and community engagement as needed.Proactive, empathetic approach and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered care.ResponsibilitiesVisit patients at their homes across Mumbai.Conduct spirometry (lung function) tests using a portable device (training will be provided).Guide patients through the test and answer basic questions.Record and submit test details accurately.Maintain professionalism, empathy, and hygiene during every visit.Preferred CandidateExperience in patient interaction, healthcare, diagnostic centres, hospitals, home healthcare, nursing assistance, or medical field work is preferred.Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Marathi is a plus).Comfortable travelling within Mumbai.Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.Immediate joiners preferred.What We OfferTraining on spirometry and lung health screening.Travel expenses reimbursed based on bills submitted.Opportunity to work with an innovative digital health startup improving respiratory healthcare.
