KimUp™ aims to make high-quality, accessible education available at home and beyond, building confidence and strong academic foundations for students across India and worldwide.Role Description The Home Tutor/Private Tutor at KimUp™ will provide in-person academic coaching to students in Lucknow, focusing on conceptual clarity, exam preparation, and personalized learning plans. In this full-time, on-site role, the tutor will conduct regular tutoring sessions for students from Class 1–12 (all subjects) and may also teach specialized areas such as Vedic Maths, Abacus, or foundation-level JEE/NEET topics, depending on expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons aligned with school curricula, delivering engaging instruction, assigning and reviewing homework, and using KimUp’s tools and methods to track student progress. The tutor will collaborate with parents/guardians by sharing regular feedback, adapting strategies to individual student needs, and maintaining accurate attendance and performance records. Participation in orientation or training on AI-integrated learning tools and adherence to KimUp’s academic quality standards and ethical guidelines are expected.QualificationsStrong subject knowledge in school-level academics (Classes 1–12 in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies), with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Experience in coaching for competitive or foundation courses (e.g., JEE/NEET basics, Vedic Maths, Abacus) is highly preferred.Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum alignment, and use of structured study materials and assessments.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners of different ages and learning styles.Ability to provide personalized mentoring, motivational support, and constructive feedback to students.Comfort using basic digital tools and platforms for progress tracking, attendance, and sharing notes or assignments; openness to AI-integrated learning tools.Previous tutoring or teaching experience in school or coaching center settings is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree
