Professionals joining the organization can expect a structured, service-focused environment that supports growth in the dynamic UAE market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Homecare Nurse role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Homecare Nurse will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, managing wound care and dressings, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. The role involves educating patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and lifestyle modifications, while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. The nurse will maintain accurate documentation, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and support quality improvement initiatives within the home care service.Qualifications Strong clinical foundation with skills in Nursing and Medicine appropriate to a homecare setting.Demonstrated experience in Home Care and Patient Care, including holistic support for diverse patient needs.Proficiency in Wound Care, including assessment, dressing techniques, and infection prevention.Valid nursing license/registration recognized in the United Arab Emirates and completion of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree).Experience in home health or community nursing is highly desirable, particularly in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, with strong documentation and organizational skills.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, cultural sensitivity, and respect for patient confidentiality.Flexibility to travel to patient homes within the emirate and adapt to varying clinical environments and schedules.
