Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe successful candidate will spend time in the field, supporting nursing teams, reviewing patient care and ensuring that services are delivered safely and consistently.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the clinical care of patients receiving nursing services at homeCompleting and reviewing patient assessments, risk assessments and individual care plansConducting regular supervisory visits to patient homesSupporting nurses with complex cases and changes in patient conditionEnsuring appropriate escalation to physicians or emergency services when requiredMonitoring medication management, wound care, infection control and other higher-risk areas of practiceReviewing clinical documentation and ensuring records are accurate and completeInvestigating clinical incidents, complaints, medication errors and unplanned hospital transfersConducting clinical audits and following up on corrective actionsAssessing staff competency before nurses are assigned to patients with specific or complex care needsProviding clinical supervision, coaching and practical training to nursing staffWorking closely with patients, families, physicians and the wider multidisciplinary teamSupporting safe patient admission, transfer and discharge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualificationCurrent UAE Registered Nurse licence or eligibility for licensure with the relevant health authorityMinimum five years of post-registration nursing experiencePrevious experience in home healthcare, community nursing, long-term care or a similar clinical settingExperience in clinical supervision, care planning, competency assessment and clinical auditStrong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skillsPrevious experience as a Nursing Supervisor, Charge Nurse or Team Leader is preferredUAE homecare experience would be an advantageWe are looking for someone who is clinically confident, visible in the field and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn.
