They foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment focused on the academic, social, and personal development of students.ABOUT THE ROLEA passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher is required who will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, supporting students' academic and personal development, and delivering high-quality learning experiences.The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching experience, an appropriate teaching qualification, and a strong commitment to student development and educational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behavior.Develop strong relationships with students and support their individual learning needs.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.Collaborate with colleagues and other members of the school community to support student learning.Maintain accurate student records and complete required administrative and reporting activities.Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.REQUIREMENTSEducation / QualificationBachelor's degree in Education or a related field.Appropriate professional teaching certification is preferred.ExperienceRelevant teaching experience within a school environment.Experience working as a Homeroom Teacher or in a similar classroom-based teaching role is preferred.Experience working with students in an international or multicultural school environment is an advantage.Skills & AttributesStrong classroom management and student engagement skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues and parents.Passion for education and student development.
