Homeroom Teacher

Role Description The Homeroom Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, responsible for leading a primary classroom and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, managing classroom routines, and assessing student progress through formative and summative evaluations. The Homeroom Teacher supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development, maintains regular communication with parents and guardians, and collaborates with other teachers and school staff to coordinate activities and interventions. Additional responsibilities include preparing learning materials, maintaining accurate records, participating in staff meetings and professional development sessions, and contributing to school events and extracurricular programs.QualificationsStrong foundation in Education, with experience or formal training in classroom management and child development.Proficient in Teaching and Training methods, including the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, with attention to clear learning objectives and assessment strategies.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is preferred.Experience as a homeroom or primary teacher in a school setting, ideally within an international or bilingual environment.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural context and maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom atmosphere.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
