Hong Kong - Client Relations Associate

The Client Relations Associate is responsible for providing service to clients relative to account opening, time deposits, client inquiries, after-sale services, accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs start and end of day banking activities. Processes over-the-counter transactions including issuances of passbook, checkbook, certificates and bank certification.Responsible for posting and verification of own transactions including transactions processed offline.Handles client inquiries including on rates, product features and related matters.Ensures confidentiality own password and in all assigned systems. Ensures compliance to Bank’s policies and procedures, KYC, AMLA requirements, Data Privacy and Service Quality Standards of the Bank.performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.At least one year customer service experience from bank having sufficient experience to respond and assist customers with inquiries and process transactions correctly and efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures including KYC requirements.Hong Kong citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
