Love Where You Work.As a Home Care Educator, you will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of education for home care with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Work in collaboration with the home care managers to ensure orientation, competency, development and integration of new colleagues as well as the ongoing development of current staff. Additional responsibilities include serving as the informatics liaison and providing education regarding competence with the multiple types of technologies (computer, electronic health record (Epic), learning management system, etc.) that are required for each role.
