Job SummaryThe Hospital Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of hospital operations. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the overall operations and performance of the hospital across clinical and non-clinical departmentsMonitor operational, financial, quality, and patient experience key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvementWork closely with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to ensure effective coordination, resource utilization, and service deliveryDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve hospital performance, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and business growthEnsure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety initiativesQualificationsBachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery is requiredMaster's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration degree is preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital management, including senior leadership responsibilitiesStrong experience in hospital operations, financial management, quality, and performance improvementStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
