Hospital Director

Role Description The Director role at Envision Next is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Director will provide strategic leadership across key business verticals, oversee client engagement, and drive the growth of consulting and advisory services in the real estate ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include setting and reviewing business targets, guiding cross-functional teams, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery in areas such as RERA advisory, financial and debt structuring, government and legal advisory, and technology-enabled solutions. The Director will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, develop new service offerings, strengthen market presence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and partners. This role also involves mentoring team members, supporting talent development, and promoting a culture of innovation, ethical practice, and client-centricity.QualificationsStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and mentoring senior professionals.Proven expertise in real estate consulting or advisory, ideally including exposure to RERA, financial services, debt syndication, or government and legal advisory.Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including setting growth objectives, developing new offerings, and expanding client portfolios.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients, regulators, partners, and internal teams.Solid understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and commercial decision-making in the real estate domain.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and coordinate complex, multi-project environments with strong organizational and execution skills.Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in senior leadership roles will be considered.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, with openness to technology-driven innovation.
