Its promoters and team include specialist doctors with extensive experience, entrepreneurs, managers, and academicians, all committed to delivering high standards of kidney care.Role Description The Hospital Manager at RAHI Care Official will oversee day-to-day operations of the renal care center in Sambalpur to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered services. This full-time, on-site role includes managing staff schedules, coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for overseeing patient admission and discharge processes, monitoring service quality, and ensuring a positive experience for patients and caregivers. The role involves budgeting and resource allocation, optimizing inventory and equipment utilization, and collaborating with senior management on performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. The Hospital Manager will also build and maintain relationships with local healthcare partners, support training and development of staff, and participate in community outreach as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hospital Management and Practice Management skills to oversee operations and clinical workflows.Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure high-quality patient interactions and team collaboration.Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize operational costs.Relevant experience in healthcare administration, preferably in dialysis or multispecialty hospital settings, is beneficial.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflicts, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols within the Indian healthcare system is an asset.
