The hospital group focuses on advanced technology, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.Role Description The Hospital Manager role at Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospital in Riyadh is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations. The individual will manage clinical and non-clinical workflows, coordinate with medical and administrative teams, and ensure efficient practice management aligned with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing patient flow, maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations. The Hospital Manager will oversee budgeting and resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The role also involves handling escalated customer service issues, supporting marketing or outreach activities when required, and fostering a professional, inclusive work environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hospital Management and Practice Management skills, with experience in overseeing clinical operations and administrative processes.Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills, including managing operational expenses, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting financial planning.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on patient experience, issue resolution, and service quality.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with medical staff, administrative teams, external partners, and patients.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in managing hospital or clinic operations, preferably in ophthalmology or specialty care, is highly beneficial.Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in hospital safety and accreditation is an advantage.
