This role includes managing clinical and non-clinical departments, coordinating with medical and administrative teams, and monitoring adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Hospital Manager will oversee resource allocation, staffing coordination, budgeting support, and workflow optimization to maintain smooth functioning across all units. The role involves addressing patient and family concerns, supervising front-office and support services, and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, service quality, and operational performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hospital Management and Practice Management skills to oversee operations, coordinate departments, and support clinical workflows.Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to assist in financial planning, cost control, and resource utilization within the hospital.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage patient relations, resolve concerns, and promote a positive patient and family experience.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external stakeholders.Relevant qualifications such as a master’s degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field are preferred.Experience in hospital or healthcare facility management, familiarity with quality and accreditation standards, and strong leadership and team management abilities are highly beneficial.Proficiency in using hospital information systems, basic data analysis, and reporting tools is an advantage.
