The ideal candidate will bring a strong medical/healthcare management background, proven leadership capabilities, and fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with staff, patients, and stakeholders across the region.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all hospital departments, ensuring efficient, high-quality operations and service deliveryDevelop and execute strategic plans aligned with the hospital's growth and quality objectivesManage budgets, resources, and staffing across clinical and administrative functionsEnsure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality/safety protocolsDrive continuous improvement in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, department heads, insurers, and regulatory bodiesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performanceRepresent the hospital in meetings with stakeholders, government entities, and community partnersLead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for hospital staffRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong background in medical/healthcare management (hospital administration experience required)Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and writtenMinimum 5–7+ years of experience in a senior hospital management or leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standardsStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills📩 Interested candidates, please send your CV to info@brands-spotlight.com
