Team members join a culture that values creativity, professional management, and memorable guest experiences.Role Description As a Hospitalist at Impresario Handmade Restaurants in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and medical well-being of team members in an on-site hospitality environment. In collaboration with management, you will support workplace health protocols, respond to medical incidents, and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary. Typical responsibilities include assessing and documenting health concerns, advising on fitness for duty, promoting preventive health practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. You will also work closely with HR and operations leaders to design wellness initiatives that enhance staff resilience and support a positive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.Qualifications Clinical expertise in internal medicine or a related field, with strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and acute care management.Experience in occupational health or workplace medicine, including familiarity with health and safety standards in hospitality or service environments.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with non-medical staff, and provide education on health and wellness topics.Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills to manage confidential health information responsibly.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and relevant licensure/registration to practice, with hospitalist or internal medicine experience preferred.Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting, with sound judgment and calm decision-making during medical incidents.Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care for team members across different backgrounds and roles.
