Company Description The International Hotel and Tourism Industry Management School (I-TIM) is Bangkok’s first English-language hospitality and tourism management school. I-TIM provides a professional, multicultural environment focused on practical skills and career readiness.Role Description The Hospitality Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Instructor will plan, deliver, and assess English-language courses in hospitality and tourism management, using I-TIM’s established curriculum and teaching standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theory and practical skills, supervising student activities and projects, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves mentoring students on professional behavior, customer service, and industry expectations, as well as supporting internships, industry visits, and other experiential learning. The Instructor will collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve course content and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong instructional and classroom management skills, including lesson planning, student engagement, and assessment.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.Practical experience in hospitality or tourism operations (e.g., hotel management, food and beverage, front office, guest relations).Ability to mentor and guide students on professional conduct, customer service, and intercultural awareness.Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with a multicultural team of educators and staff.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Education, or a related field.Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience in hospitality or tourism is highly desirable.Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and to supporting students from varied backgrounds.
