Your applicable allowance and any accommodation or meal deductions will be specified before you accept the placement.Working hours: 32 - 40 per week Build your hospitality career through hands-on experienceJoin the first YOUNG Campus cohort and develop your hospitality skills through a structured six-month internship combining practical experience, mentoring and learning sessions.You will rotate through Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Operations and YOUNG Coffee. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to daily hotel operations and discover where your strengths and interests lie.What you will doUnder the guidance of departmental supervisors, you will:Support guest arrivals, departures and day-to-day enquiries.Assist with food, beverage and coffee service.Help prepare guest rooms and shared spaces to hotel standards.Support operational coordination between departments.Participate in improvement projects, mentoring sessions and progress reviews.What you will gainPractical experience across hospitality departments.Mentoring from industry professionals.Leadership sessions and masterclasses.A personalised Hospitality Passport documenting your development.Department certifications recognising completed programme training.A welcome kit and access to the YOUNG Campus Alumni Network.Consideration for suitable future opportunities across YOUNG, subject to availability and selection.Accommodation and mealsAccommodation is available if you wish to stay at YOUNG.Learning Hotel during your internship. Accommodation, breakfast and meals during internship shifts are accounted for against your monthly internship allowance.Who we are looking forWe welcome applications from Dutch and international candidates of all nationalities.You bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, a collaborative attitude and an interest in creating positive guest experiences. You should be comfortable communicating in English with colleagues and guests.You may be studying Hospitality, Tourism or Business, or bring another relevant background.You must be available on-site in Rijswijk for the six-month programme. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to undertake an internship in the Netherlands.
