Hospitality Lawyer

RAYNE is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Hospitality Lawyers based in Dubai to join our growing practice. As a consultant at RAYNE, you will be embedded directly within client organisations, functioning as a genuine extension of their in-house teams, backed throughout every engagement by RAYNE.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, hotel management agreements, franchise and licensing deals, outsourcing arrangements, and service-level agreements.Provide legal advice on strategic partnerships, procurement matters, and third-party collaborations.Support development and expansion projects, including fit-out contracts, F&B licensing, and real estate related agreements.Advise the business on risk, compliance, and governance considerations in all commercial dealings.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements relevant to hospitality operations in the UAE and broader GCC.Qualifications:5+ years PQE, qualified in a common law or recognised international jurisdiction.Solid background in commercial law, with experience supporting clients or companies in the hospitality sector.In-house experience in a hotel group, hospitality brand, or leisure & tourism business.Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.Regional experience in the UAE or GCC, and familiarity with relevant licensing, franchise, or operational regulations is advantageous.Proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.Why RAYNE?Access to high-quality in-house secondments with trusted clientsExposure to different sectors, teams, and working environmentsA consultancy built on relationships, transparency, and trustOngoing support before, during, and after each secondmentAdaptable and flexible working options that work for youIf you are a lawyer looking for a different way to work, then we would love to hear from you!Company DescriptionRAYNE is changing the way leading multinationals, start-ups, and government entities across the Middle East access high-calibre legal talent through flexible resourcing solutions.
