Hospitality Manager – Healthcare | Makkah & Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaLocation: Makkah & Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaSector: HealthcareExperience: 6–10+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-time (48 hours per week)The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing private healthcare groups.With a rapidly expanding network of hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Kingdom, our client is investing heavily in delivering an exceptional patient experience and establishing consistently high standards across its operations.Based in Makkah/Jeddah, you will take responsibility for hospitality operations across multiple healthcare facilities, leading teams and service partners to ensure a premium, safe and consistent environment for patients, visitors and staff.This is a highly visible, multi-site leadership position offering the opportunity to influence hospitality standards across a growing healthcare network and play a key role in the successful opening of new facilities across the Western Region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-site hospitality operations across hospitals in Makkah and Jeddah, ensuring consistently high standards of service, cleanliness and patient experience.Manage and develop hospitality, housekeeping and support teams, alongside external contractors and service providers.Establish and maintain hospitality, QHSE and patient experience standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.Drive continuous improvement, using KPIs, audits and patient feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.Support the opening and mobilisation of new hospitals, ensuring hospitality services and standards are implemented effectively from day one.Work closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams, providing operational oversight, performance reporting and support with budgeting and cost optimisation.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.6–10+ years' experience in hospitality management.Experience within healthcare, hospitals or medical centres is highly preferred.Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional hospitality activities.Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.Experience managing multicultural teams and external contractors.Strong understanding of hospitality operations, patient experience and service quality.Knowledge of QHSE and healthcare accreditation requirements.Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.French language skills would be an advantage.Additional RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities across Makkah and Jeddah as required.Ability to oversee and manage female staff accommodation.Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.Why Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join a high-growth healthcare organisation at a pivotal stage of its expansion in Saudi Arabia.You will have the opportunity to lead hospitality operations across multiple facilities, shape service standards and directly influence the patient experience across the Makkah and Jeddah region.With continued investment in new healthcare facilities, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the organisation's regional growth and the successful mobilisation of new hospitals.If you have a strong background in hospitality operations and are ready to take on a senior multi-site role within Saudi Arabia's expanding healthcare sector, we would be keen to hear from you.
