Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, and Paid Time Off / Holiday, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits are available to all full-time employees at INSPIRE.We are searching for an Operations Manager to work at Renaissance Montgomery in Montgomery, Alabama.This Operations Manager will assist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in their day-to-day operations to ensure that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceed the perception of our clients and customers.Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToEnsuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize sales and service.Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians, including but not limited to appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building, and customer complaints.Schedule staff weeklyInventory ControlInterface with operational departmentsAssist with hiring, training, and coaching Hotel Technicians as requiredProvide directorship training for each staff technician.Maintain high visibility within assigned locations.Other duties as assigned.Flexible with work schedule.Must Have RequirementsComplete knowledge of hotel operations.4 years or more experience as an Audio Visual Technician.Excellent organization, communication, and motivational skills.Service-oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.Possess the ability to manage and work with many different types of people and personalities on many different levels.BenefitsINSPIRE Solutions is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our team members.
