Job PurposeThe Hospitality Specialist is responsible for ensuring every guest at Gravity has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impressionAssist guests with check-in, waivers, ticketing, and general inquiriesProvide information about the park, rules, and safety guidelinesProactively address guest concerns or complaints, escalating when necessaryMonitor guest experience throughout their visit and identify opportunities to enhance satisfactionMaintain a welcoming front-of-house areaHandle guest feedback professionally and report recurring issues to managementUphold Gravity's brand standards and customer service culture at all timesSkillsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's degreePrior experience in a hospitality-focused environment strongly preferred (hotels, resorts, airlines, fine dining, or guest relations)Excellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishFriendly, approachable, and energetic personalityAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressureTeam player with a positive, guest-first attitude
