This role will be key to our development of our hot beverage offerings at the venue, including the in room barista service for key clients as well as working with our coffee suppliers to improve the venue offering overall.The Hospitality Supervisor will be working as part of an exciting team to focus on our coffee offering at the venue. This will be a hand-on role leading and serving hot beverage products as well as food on request. We are looking to improve our drinks offering and overall service standards in these areas so are looking for someone with coffee/ hot drinks experience that can drive and improve our offering.Job Type: Full Time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary: £34,000 p.a.Responsibilities: To ensure areas are set up as required by the event sheets. Ensure areas are delivered on time as required by the event sheets. To liaise with the kitchen and Events team to deliver successful events. Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for beverage. Maintains or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas. Leads event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
