The team is committed to creating a family-like environment, building lasting relationships with guests, and redefining fine dining by integrating Brazilian cowboy culture with a modern vision for hospitality.Role Description The Host is a full-time, on-site role located in Deerfield Beach, FL. This team member warmly welcomes guests, manages reservations and walk-ins, and coordinates seating to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the waitlist, communicating table status with servers and management, and providing accurate information about the menu and dining experience. The Host supports overall guest satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly, assisting with special requests and events, and upholding cleanliness and organization in the entrance and waiting areas. This role works closely with the service team to create a hospitable, efficient, and engaging environment for every guest.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional phone etiquette.Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.Ability to support Training of new front-of-house team members and follow established procedures.Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service, menu structure, and dining room flow.Comfort with light Sales-oriented conversations, such as promoting specials and enhancing the guest experience.Previous experience in restaurant hosting, front desk, or similar hospitality roles preferred.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Reliable, punctual, and collaborative, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
