APPLICATIONS FROM NON-MALAYSIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED]Job DescriptionHandle customer reservations and walk-in guests based on outlet availability, time, and party size according to SOP.Welcome and escort customers to their tables based on reservation details, while providing information about outlet facilities and ongoing events.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer visit reports according to SOP.Assist customers by recommending product promotions and services, as well as handling customer complaints professionally.Provide clear and professional information regarding available menus, ongoing promotions, minimum charges, and outlet policies.Coordinate with the floor team, captains, and servers to ensure tables are ready before seating customers and minimize waiting time.Maintain customer databases by recording names, contact details, preferences, and visit history to support marketing and loyalty programs.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma is an added advantage.1–3 years of experience as a Host/Hostess, preferably in F&B or hospitality.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong service mindset, adaptability, and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of reservation handling and complaint handling.Good knowledge of F&B products, menus, and promotions.Basic reporting and administrative skills.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Having experience in handling team is a plus.
