The host is responsible for presenting products and promotions during live streaming sessions, engaging audiences, and maintaining an energetic on-camera presence. Daily tasks include preparing scripts and product knowledge, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and demonstrating gadgets and related products in an informative and appealing way. The host also responds to viewer questions in real time, supports customer inquiries, and helps drive conversion through clear explanations and persuasive communication. The role involves monitoring live performance metrics, providing feedback to improve future sessions, and actively contributing to the overall customer experience at Felixindo.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear on-camera presentation and the ability to engage live audiences.Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and convert viewers into customers.Training experience or the ability to explain product features and usage in a simple, educational manner.Experience in Food & Beverage or retail environments is an advantage, especially in fast-paced customer-facing roles.Interest in gadgets, smartphones, and IoT products, with a willingness to continuously learn about new technology.Comfort working on-site in Jakarta with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or promotional events as needed.Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and store teams to plan and execute live content.Prior hosting, live streaming, or social media content experience is preferred but not mandatory.
