The Host Live is responsible for presenting products in live sessions on digital platforms, explaining features and benefits, and engaging audiences in an informative and interactive manner. Daily tasks include preparing scripts and product knowledge, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and hosting scheduled live events that promote medical devices and health solutions. The role also involves responding to audience questions in real time, supporting customer inquiries, and providing feedback from live sessions to improve future content. The Host Live is expected to maintain a professional on-camera presence, align messaging with brand guidelines, and contribute to increased product awareness and sales.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear on-camera presentation and the ability to engage diverse audiences.Customer Service and Sales skills to address inquiries, build trust, and support conversion from interest to purchase.Training and facilitation skills to explain product usage, benefits, and basic health-related information in an accessible way.Experience in Food & Beverage or other service sectors is beneficial, especially in handling customers and fast-paced interactions.Comfortable working on-site in Yogyakarta with a flexible schedule aligned to live session timings.Basic understanding of medical devices or willingness to quickly learn product knowledge in the healthcare field.Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams, and adapt to feedback to improve live hosting quality.Prior experience in live hosting, content creation, or brand promotion is an advantage.
