Host Live Coordinator

Job Description:Coordinate and manage daily live streaming activities across e-commerce platforms.Manage, monitor, and evaluate Live Hosts to ensure performance and consistency.Set and monitor live streaming targets and KPIs such as GMV, revenue, viewers, and conversion.Prepare and coordinate live schedules, rundown, product focus, promotions, and briefing for Live Hosts.Monitor live performance and provide real-time direction to improve engagement and sales.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching to Live Hosts.Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to maximize live streaming performance.Analyze live streaming performance data and develop improvement strategies.Handle operational issues during live sessions and ensure smooth execution.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Streaming, preferably as Live Host Coordinator/Supervisor or similar role.Experience managing and developing multiple Live Hosts.Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce live streaming platforms.Strong understanding of live commerce metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, viewers, engagement, and CTR.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Willing to work flexible hours according to the live streaming schedule.Beauty/FMCG experience is a plus.
