The Hostess will create a warm first and last impression while supporting reservations, seating and smooth guest flow.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage guests warmly and professionally.Manage reservations, enquiries, waitlists and seating arrangements.Recognize VIPs, regular guests and special-occasion bookings.Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.Coordinate with Reception and Restaurant teams to support table turnover.Answer telephone and online enquiries accurately.Handle guest feedback while maintaining exceptional grooming standards.Ideal CandidateAt least 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in an upscale restaurant.Experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservation system.Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Polished presence with excellent communication and guest-engagement skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
