Position: HostessLocation: DubaiPosition OverviewA warm, well-presented Hostess is required to create an outstanding first and last impression for guests of a luxury 5-star property. The role is the face of the restaurant and lounge, managing reservations, seating and guest flow while delivering gracious, personalised service at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests on arrival, escort them to their table and present menus.Manage reservations, waiting lists and table allocation to optimise seating and guest flow.Maintain accurate guest records, preferences and special occasion notes.Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.Coordinate with service, kitchen and management teams on covers, timings and VIP arrivals.Monitor the entrance and dining area presentation, cleanliness and ambience.Handle guest questions, feedback and concerns with courtesy, escalating where required.Assist with billing, farewells and post-visit follow-up as needed.Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Hostess, Receptionist or in a guest-facing role within a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant or luxury venue.Outstanding grooming, posture and interpersonal presence.Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic, French, Russian or Mandarin is highly desirable.Familiarity with reservation and table management systems is an advantage.Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.Discretion, integrity and a genuine service mindset.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.What We OfferCompetitive salary package with benefits as per company policy.Structured training and clear progression within a luxury hospitality environment.A multicultural team and international exposure across the EMEA region.To apply, please submit your updated CV with picture.
