Our growing portfolio includes Al Safadi Restaurants, Oventine, and Table 25, with exciting new hospitality concepts and retail brands currently in development.As we continue to expand across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a warm and well-presented Hostess to join our front-of-house team and be the first point of contact for our guests.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Hostess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience that reflects our commitment to authentic Lebanese hospitality. This role requires excellent presentation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hostess or in guest relations, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality group.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.Guest Handling: Hands-on experience greeting guests, managing reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists, and coordinating seating with the service team.Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.Presentation: Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage table flow and reservations efficiently during peak service periods.Language Skills: Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.Soft Skills: Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, guest-focused, and a positive team player.
