Guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience at the resort’s restaurant and bar, as well as restorative treatments at the in-house spa.Blending traditional Balinese and Asian influences with contemporary design, Villa Air Bali creates an intimate and tranquil setting where guests can slow down, reconnect, and experience the quieter side of Seminyak.Role DescriptionBar RASA, the speakeasy at Villa Air Bali Boutique Resort & Spa, is looking for a warm, polished, and engaging Bar Hostess to welcome guests and create a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.Proactively greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the speakeasy bar, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.Manage guest flow and seating arrangements, prioritizing guest comfort and efficient service.Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus, highlighting daily specials or unique offerings.Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries, providing detailed information about the bar's concept, menu, and the resort's amenities.Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.Collaborate with the management team to coordinate special events and promotional activities.Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including alcoholic beverages.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
