We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival.Manage the waitlist and reservations using a seating chart or booking software.Escort guests to their tables and present menus.Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible.Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and service flow.Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously and professionally.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front-of-house area.Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management as needed.Assist with basic administrative tasks and support team operations when necessary.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is an advantage.Working Conditions:Fast-paced hospitality environment.Standing for extended periods.
