Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and timely service. The role involves answering phone calls, providing accurate information about menus and services, and assisting guests with special requests or accessibility needs. The Host/Hostess also helps maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, supports guest feedback collection, and follows company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and safety. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and coordinate with team members clearly.Candidates should possess experience with Reservations and basic front-of-house coordination to manage seating plans and guest flow efficiently.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, proficiency in English and Nepali, reliability in time management, and the ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to Roadhouse’s standards of integrity, inclusivity, and guest satisfaction are highly valued.
