Trump International Golf Club Dubai is looking for a Hostess to join our F&B team across our standalone dining outlets.Job PurposeAs a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests dining at the club, delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will manage reservations and seating with professionalism and discretion, contributing to a smooth, memorable dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude, escorting them to their tables and presenting menusManage reservations and maintain accurate waitlists using the club's booking system, communicating expected wait timesCoordinate table turnover to maximise dining room efficiency, especially during busy periods or eventsCommunicate guest seating and flow updates to servers and management, monitoring dining room and patio capacitiesAssist with special requests, including dietary needs, accessible seating, and large partiesHandle guest concerns or complaints gracefully, escalating as neededMaintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming entrance, reception area, and hostess stand at all timesSupport patio and outdoor dining service during tournaments and eventsQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in a standalone F&B outlet (independent restaurant, fine dining, or high-end lounge) is essential — hotel-only F&B background is not a fit for this roleGenuine flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with extended hours during peak golf season and major eventsWell-groomed, presentable, and polished in line with club standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailCalm, friendly demeanour with a high level of professionalism under pressureFamiliarity with reservation systems and POS software is a plusInterested candidates with genuine standalone F&B experience and full flexibility are encouraged to apply.
