Both venues are renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences, vibrant atmospheres, and world-class hospitality to an international clientele. We are looking for polished, engaging hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, with leadership opportunities available for candidates with strong reception and team management experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a professional and memorable first and last impression.Manage reservations, guest enquiries, waitlists and seating arrangements while maintaining an efficient service flow.Recognize and assist VIPs, regular guests and special-occasion bookings, ensuring preferences and requests are communicated to the team.Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation information using SevenRooms or similar systems.Coordinate closely with the Reception and Restaurant teams during busy periods to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction.Handle guest feedback and requests professionally while maintaining exceptional grooming and presentation standards.Ideal CandidateMinimum 1–2 years' experience as a Hostess within a luxury restaurant, fine-dining or premium lifestyle concept.Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.Confident working within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a polished, professional presence.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
